Description of Sessions We Offer:
A 45 minute full-body workout program filled with high intensity interval workouts designed to blast maximum fat and tone your entire body. These indoor group personal training sessions are your source for challenging, but high energy and fun workouts that will have you amped up and determined to finally achieve your personal fitness success!
Our semi-private sessions are geared toward those who desire the results of a personal trainer without the huge expense. With just 2-5 people per session, each person receives the element of personal attention and accountability from a skilled fitness coach.
These sessions are designed to teach the fundamentals for our coaching sessions. Our skilled coaches will teach you the basic knowledge of proper form and techniques required to achieve your best results and prevent injury during our Semi-Private & FitCamp sessions. We ask that anyone interested in our coaching sessions attend at least 2 Essentials classes before beginning a coaching program.
Weekly Accountability Group
A weekly workshop held each Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. solely dedicated to taking care of yourself through a nutrition and fitness coaching program that realistically fits into your lifestyle. This session offers face-to-face support and accountability from a professional fitness and nutrition coach who is here to guide you through our program, which includes meal planning catered to removing the pressure of making food decisions and teaching you to make food and fitness habit changes that work for you.
This program is complimentary with any FitCamp or Semi-Private membership.
Silver Sneakers classes are designed for all abilities, but catering to the active older adult. These sessions are chair-based and provide functional training to keep your body flexible so you can continue to enjoy an active lifestyle at any age.
