We are open 24/7 to all of our members.

We are located at 201-B N. Hewitt Dr, next to IGA and Dollar Tree.
Q.3 Do you have any classes? And if so do they cost anything?
We offer Silver Sneakers as well as over 50 Fitness on Request programs. Our classes are taught by very talented instructors. If you are a member then the classes are free. If you are not a member we do offer drop-in rates to try one of our classes.

Q.4 Do you offer a trial membership so I can try it out?

Q.5 Are you locally owned & operated?
Yes! We’ve been serving the Hewitt and surrounding communities since 2004!
Q.6 Do you have contracts?
We have several different membership options available, including month-to-month memberships.
Our most affordable membership option is our 12-month term membership.
Q.7 Do you have an age limit for members?
No. Just members who are under 16 must have an adult with them and they will not receive a 24 hour access card. Ages 12 and up can do supervised strength training.
Q.8 Do you have a children’s area?
No, we do not. However as long as they know to stay in one place and not to get on the equipment then they are allowed to be in the gym.

Though appointments are the easiest way for us to find the best membership for you, walk-ins are always welcomed and encouraged.
